We transferred to our room after our overnight "Glamping" experience.

Unfortunately, the staff said low tide occurs at night so we never got to see the sandbar completely water-less during the day

Thank you God for giving us a beautiful weather during our stay! (despite June being a rainy season)

Sumilon Island (Part 1)

One of the islands that you should definitely visit when you're in Cebu is Sumilon Island.

It is located at the town of Oslob and is also near Dumaguete City.

It takes around 10-15 minutes to go to the island from the mainland by boat.

They offer trails around the island for people who are interested in trekking.

We decided to try out "Glamping" or Glamorous Camping on our first night.

Inside the modern tent! hehe

it was quite spacious, i must say.

There's also the very serene lagoon where you could go fishing.

You could also have a private romantic dinner setup at the floating cottages.

or use these paddle boats to roam around

By dinner time, we had this romantic set up beside our tent haha
