Isla Kusina, Robinson's Las Pinas

It's hard to miss out Isla Kusina as it's one of the restos that you will initially see as you enter the mall. I mean, its kiosk is located under the escalator -who wouldn't see that?! lol

Mmmm their assorted puto looks so delish!

Staff wearing native Filipino clothing.

Love how simple and straightforward the menu is!

Green Mango with Sea salt shake, Guinamos and Strawberry Iced Tea

My order!
The Green Mango was literally like eating a very sour mango with a hint of salt with each sip.
I like and dislike it at the same time haha

Arroz Caldo with Chicken and Egg
Really delicious! Love the infusion of Chicken Inasal too <3

Pork Binagoongan sa Gata
Mom got this. The pork was really tender and flavorful.
Creamy with just the right amount of spiciness!

Lechon Macau
My brother ordered this. I wasn't able to try it but he enjoyed it!

Binawang na Sotanghon
Look how photogenic this dish is!
Good news is that it also tastes good as it looks!
We were surprised that it comes with a piece of puto too haha

Overall, Isla Kusina's dishes were all excellent.
Authentic Filipino food with an affordable price!
