TBT: Dressing Room Series 16

One of my most favorite outfits ever!
Idk if it's the black + white + red combo but this gives me London feels hehe
Lovin the stripes and checks match too <3
Clothes from F21

Aren't these the cutest leatherette shorts ever?!
Who would've thought frills would look so good on this kind of texture <3
What I love about this outfit is the surprising coordination of pearls + leather + glitter! :)
Clothes + Shoes: Zara

Out and about in Cebu

Since this is my 4th time in Cebu, we just had a more relaxed itinerary.
Basically, more on food trip! hehe

First stop is the Yellow Submarine.

Originally, we were booked at 11am but when we got there, the staff told us it was moved to 2pm coz of some maintencance =/
Talk about annoyance to the nth level..
They did TRY to call us though.....on our land line .______.

Anyway, the yellow submarine is owned by a Korean so expect a lot of Korean tourists if you decide to do this

I don't have any issues with Koreans (FYI, I used to teach them English) but what bothered me was that there were specific seats for Filipinos and Koreans when you ride this submarine tsk talk about discrimination in your own country LOL
*If you have a problem with not being able to choose which seat you want then I don't recommend doing this ;)

The whole ride took about 40 mins wherein you basically see some fish, water and divers haha

Here's Mr. diver holding out some sea creature.
Yea, that's me faking a smile LOL
There was a turtle too but that was on the other side were the Koreans were seated so I didn't get to take a picture =P

Pig-out time!
Larsian is the place to be for some cebu bbq and seafood!
It was very convenient for us since it's just a 10min walk away from Crown Regency and it's just beside Chong Hua Hospital so you won't miss it ;)

Upon entering, you will see lots of stalls selling basically the same thing LOL
Be sure to get the chorizo on sticks, liempo and clams (have it cooked in a soup)!

Our orders <3 #foodporn

Of course no trip to Cebu is complete without eating lechon!
This time I wanted to try out Rico's spicy lechon.

*Tip though, you should go there early like around 11am for lunch if you wanna eat freshly delivered, hot lechon.
It gets a bit crowded and the meat becomes hard after a couple of minutes so yea =/

Get the spicy kangkong to pair with the lechon YUM!

La Vie Parisienne is also worth visiting for some reasonable french pastries and desserts!

I love their selection, I wanna try all!

I don't think you can ever get a piece of macaron for P40 in Manila =P

Passion Mangue

Green tea, Chocolate and Coconut

Aside from their lovely food, the beautiful sakura decors outside is also a good reason for you to visit this place!

cam-whore time! lol

2 out of 999999999 pictures I took here haha

They also have this cute swing at the back

If you wanna buy something new aside from danggit, otap or dried mangoes for pasalubong.. you might wanna try these lace belgian cookies from Don Merto's!
Really yummy though expensive =(
This 300g package costs P420

Also try Anita's chocolate sylvannas!!
These are one of the bests sylvannas I've ever had aside from the version of Dumaguete's Sansrival cakes & Pastries

Suddenly, there's Zubuchon at the airport! haha
I think this is a very good business strategy since it's convenient for people who wants to bring fresh and hot lechon back to Manila. Not to mention a quick fix before flying out.

For our last meal in Cebu, we got the sisig and...

boneless lechon set meal ;)

Crown Regency, Cebu

After our Sumilon stay, we headed out to the city and stayed in Crown Regency Cebu.
If you've noticed, you could avail Crown Regency deals at Metrodeal.
You might wanna check that out as we got ours from there :)

Crown Regency's design is very sleek. I like their Cebu branch compared to Makati.

Lovin the lights on this post

Our voucher includes free breakfast at Glo Cafe

Hearty breakfast <3

A stay in Crown Regency won't be complete without trying their Edge Coaster!
You could also try their Sky Walk but our voucher is only good for one activity so we chose this one ;)

the view while riding the edge coaster

At the beginning, the seat will tilt automatically and you could adjust it afterwards.
Honestly, it was a bit scary at first. My concern was that the seats don't have any safety belts or shoulder harnesses..just a lap bar  o_O
But since I made it alive, I guess it's fine...for now lol

Dinner buffet was also included on our first night
Yum yum!

They have a  really nice selection of desserts!

This one is my favorite <3
I forgot what it's called but it has chocolate and cherry #NOM

Oslob, Cebu

While in Oslob, the most popular thing to do is to swim with the whale sharks!

But before you get to do that, you need to listen to the safety instructions from the staff.
Basic things such as no touching and no applying of sunscreen before the interaction.

I remember the first time I saw these gentle giants in Donsol, I was a bit scared to swim with them coz they are really huge! But since everyone is doing it, it doesn't seem to be a big deal anymore haha

But in fact, you don't need to worry bout anything. They're pretty harmless and friendly actually.
They swim around and don't care if their skin touches yours.
Yea, my feet touched it several times--unconsciously ofcourse ;)

Is it just me or they look like a giant janitor fish? LOL

I don't know why but it was so hard for me to stay underwater! I keep on floating up!! UGH

The whole interaction lasted for about 40 mins

Overall, I really enjoyed this experience and I can't wait to swim with whale sharks again!

We headed to Tumalog Falls afterwards.
This is a great place to go to after your swim with the whale sharks ;)

Soooo pretty

There are bamboo rafts around for you to use if you don't wanna swim

The water was a bit cold but pretty refreshing since it was a hot day!
Perfect way to rinse off the salt water!
